Church Mission

The mission of the Henderson Grove Presbyterian Church is to strengthen the spiritual growth of the community through evangelism, outreach and service so that all may exemplify and imitate Jesus Christ. The church where everybody is somebody and Christ is all... we are seeking the lost at any cost.

About Henderson Grove

Henderson Grove Presbyterian Church is located in the township of Mint Hill, North Carolina (28227), just a few miles from the city limits of Charlotte, North Carolina. Historically a predominately African American (Black) congregation, Henderson Grove was founded on November 16, 1901. Our worship is ordered by the Holy Spirit and the Bible serves as the final authority for our teaching and principals. With every year Henderson Grove helps the hurting, teaches God's word and praises the good news of the gospel!
We are considered a “small” congregation in size, but with a great mission to serve, as we grow progressively in God's love.
